Important Notes About Scheduling
Volunteer availability can vary. While we make every effort to match trimester preferences, exact matches are not always possible. Our instructors are prepared with alternative teaching options and adjust the schedule as needed to ensure a complete learning experience.
Days are long and learning intensive. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring snacks and water as desired. If you need to step out briefly during instruction, you’re welcome to do so and return when ready.
Printing slides from the online course can be helpful. Students often bring them for notes.
Can I travel with a friend or colleague?
Yes. Many participants choose to travel with colleagues. You may request to be grouped together when completing the registration form.
We accommodate requests on a first come, first served basis. Groups of four fit perfectly, and larger groups can be divided across multiple instructors as long as tickets are available.
What if I already have the online course?
If you already purchased the online course:
First purchase your ticket for the hands-on event
You will automatically receive the registration form in your email
After completing the registration form, send Casey your online course receipt
We will process a refund for the amount you paid for the online course
You MUST complete the online course before attending your hands-on scanning days.
