Rent Out Your Exam Room

If you have always wanted Ultrasound for Women’s Health Providers to come to you but did not have a full group of four participants, we can help make it happen. Starting in 2026, hosting is easier than ever.

You provide the exam room for two days, and we will help take care of the rest. We will advertise in your area to fill the group, and we will give you ready-to-use graphics and materials to help recruit patient volunteers. You still play an important role, but the weight of finding every participant or volunteer is no longer on your shoulders. We do pay to rent your facility for the two days we are there, and we can schedule on any days that work best for you, whether weekdays or weekends.

You do not even have to participate, we pay rental fees just to rent your space, and we can fill the event! This is a great way to make extra funds on days that your space is already closed (like a weekend!)
